- To promote the record Factory/London organized a meal at the London
Zoo Aquarium in November 1990. And there apparantly was an idea to
charter a clinic.
- T-Shirts with the Pills design have been designed and manufactured.
- Another promo item was a large "pill" containing band-aids etc.
